Rex and Delwyn Nixon welcomes you to a family farm which is 35 Hectares and runs Beef Cattle. The house is a large modern brick home with doors opening out onto large decks, for outdoor entertaining. A spa pool is available situated on the deck area. The house is surrounded by a large picturesque garden of roses, shrubs and trees. There are fish ponds, dove cotes and a bird aviary.

In the main house there are three guest bedrooms, nicely furnished and decorated. They consist of 1 Queen, 1 King + Single and Twin. A private guest bathroom is available with spa bath and shower. Delicious home cooked meals are available and served with New Zealand wine or you may choose to dine at our local restaurants. (5 minute drive).

Local attractions include horse riding at Muriwai Beach, Vineyards , restaurants, cafes, several golf courses, wild and natural West Coast beaches, hot air ballooning and only a 15 minute drive to the scenic Waitakere Ranges, with bush walks, native scenery, waterfalls and lakes. With a full farmstay package includes sightseeing trip to Muriwai Beach and the Gannet Colony.

We are close to many wedding venues such as: Allely House, BridgeWater Estate, Gracehill Vineyard Restaurant, Hunting Lodge,  Markovina Vineyard Estate, Settlers Lodge, Soljans Vineyard.

On The Farm: Animals include: cows, calves, pet sheep, chickens, miniature horses, alpacas, kune kune piglet and cat. Farm activities available in season include milking cows by hand or visit a local dairy farm to see cows being milked; haymaking and feeding out hay in winter to animals; calving; feeding alpacas, kune kune pig lambs sheep and chickens; collecting eggs; miniature horses and horse rides for small children.

Main House: Double B&B: NZ$150, Single B&B: NZ$110 (Cooked breakfasts). Full farmstay (includes all meals and farm activities): NZ$190 per person. Children are welcome, prices available on application. High Chair, Portable Cot and Car Seat are available on request.
